High school internship

High school internships are an initiative we are extremely proud of, that originated at our Delivery Center in Serbia, in 2023. The internship program for high school students was designed with the goal of our experts sharing knowledge and experiences with young programming enthusiasts. These hands-on educational experiences are tailored for final year high school students with a keen interest in the IT industry. The program lasts for several weeks and is structured not to disrupt the participants’ school obligations. During this period, students work on a project in a team using the latest technologies with mentor support.

What do we offer you?

We offer a several-week project-based internship program that provides valuable insights into working within an IT company in a collaborative team environment. Our program is guided by mentors who are always available to assist you. Through these internships, we aim to help high school students navigate their future career paths by offering the opportunity to experience a programmer’s workday, gain a real understanding of what it’s like to work in an IT company, and apply their existing knowledge throughout the internship. You’ll have the chance to work on real projects with the support of colleagues and mentors. Throughout the internship, you will have access to all office benefits, receive a certificate upon program completion, and gain an unforgettable experience!

What do we expect from you?

We expect you to be in your final year of high school (3rd or 4th grade), passionate about IT, eager to learn, motivated, curious to gain practical knowledge from our experts and to make a real impact!
