We are looking for a Senior Recruiter to join the team and help the growth of Levi9 Novi Sad DC. You will play a leading role in identifying and engaging top talent, as well as contributing to our employer brand.
This role partners closely with the business to identify, attract, assess and hire exceptional people. We value innovation and creativity and constantly seek new ways to improve the recruiting experience.
What you will be working on?
Partnering with hiring managers in order to assess job requirements and create the best hiring strategy
Identifying and assessing a diverse candidate pool for the most critical technical positions using all available recruitment channels
Conducting thorough behavioral-based interviews to assess both a technical baseline as well as the cultural fit for Levi9
Managing candidates through the whole recruitment process
Partnering with the marketing department to identify recruitment opportunities through social media channels and prepare targeted recruitment campaigns
Expand company’s online presence on different employment websites or external events
Partnering with IT universities and student organizations
Help hiring managers in decision making and conclude recruitment process with sending offer and execution of preboarding phase
Create and maintain a strong pipeline of passive talent
Tracking candidate progress in our ATS and analyzing data
Focusing on providing a great candidate experience at every opportunity
Constantly follow recruiting trends and best practices
What do we expect from you?
Passion for recruitment job
3+ years of recruiting experience preferably in the IT industry or for IT vacancies in companies or agencies
University degree in Psychology or other formal education in the field of HR
Broad experience with different sourcing methods (professional and university groups, social networks, job boards…)
Excellent interviewing skills and assessment predictability
Excellent verbal and communication skills
Excellent knowledge of English
Labor market knowledge
