We are looking for an experienced Senior UX/UI Designer to join our Belgrade office and work as part of a cross-country design team supporting various client projects. This position offers the opportunity to design innovative and user-friendly solutions.
Project, teams, requirements & duties
What you will be working on?
Due to increasing customer demand, Levi9's design department is looking to expand its team. Our perfect candidate is a full-fledged, self-sufficient person capable of setting up and managing the proper design process from early discovery to implementation and validation. You will be involved in various projects, predominantly enterprise SaaS, but not only. We are working very closely with both development and product teams with our fair share in decision-making.
What do we expect from you?
You will be a good fit to our team if you have:
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Portfolio with 3+ comprehensive case studies - Please include your portfolio as part of your application
- Previous involvements in the early phases of the project (UX workshops, product discovery, pre-sales)
- Ability to start a project from scratch, set up and manage mature product design processes
- Solid knowledge of User Experience and Interface design
- Practical background in UXR activities
- Design systems proficiency and familiarity with Material, HIG, and others
- Good understanding of accessibility and usability standards
- Experience working in agile environments throughout the SDLC
- Solid design toolbox (Figma, Adobe Suit and more)
- Decent visual skills
- Good, direct communication with customers and stakeholders
- Human-centric attitude, deep analytical mindset
- Advanced level of English-speaking proficiency
Nice to have:
- Experience with Google Analytics and HotJar
- Experience with SaaS (B2B/B2C) platforms
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript
- Degree in design or computer science domain
- Familiarity with using AI tools (builder.io, uizard, v0, ...)
