We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Commerce Cloud Expert to manage and optimize our clients' e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce Commerce Cloud, proven experience in e-commerce solutions, and a valid Salesforce Commerce Cloud certification.
Project, teams, requirements & duties
What you will be working on?
- Design, develop, and implement Salesforce Commerce Cloud solutions to meet client requirements.
- Customize and configure Salesforce Commerce Cloud to optimize performance and user experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Salesforce Commerce Cloud with other systems.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Salesforce Commerce Cloud issues.
- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce Commerce Cloud features and best practices.
- Conduct training sessions for internal teams and clients on Salesforce Commerce Cloud functionalities.
What do we expect from you?
- Valid Salesforce Commerce Cloud certification
- 5+ years of experience working with Salesforce Commerce Cloud
- Strong understanding of e-commerce principles and best practices
- Proficiency in web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and APIs
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
Nice to have:
- Experience with other Salesforce products and services
- Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing strategies
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
Our teams:
Depending on the project, our teams consist of a mix of several front-end, backend developers, test automation engineers, DevOps engineers, and a delivery manager (scrum master), while the product owner is client-side. We use Scrum as a framework for project management – we hold daily standup meetings where every team member can have a say.
